Modi Foundation" to promote and grow professional education institutions in keeping with this purpose.In 1983, the Foundation established the Modinagar Center of Management. In 1991 and 1995, the Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and the Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Modinagar, respectively, were founded. CMD Global (PGDM), Dr. K.N. Modi Girls Engg. College, Centre for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, KNGD Modi Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, and KNGD Modi Institute of Fine Arts have all just opened their doors.

Under the Foundation's umbrella, there are thirteen active Educational Institutions dedicated to providing unsurpassed learning, self-development, and career-building environments and facilities.The Foundation is one of a kind in that it is dedicated to both education and social service. It is proud to promote Indian culture and values. It has a Sanskrit Vidyapeeth with Gurukul-style teaching, the only Sanskrit Vidyapeeth with a computer lab, and degrees of Acharya and Shastri. The National Society for the Prevention of Blindness and their Ophthalmic Research Center, which has performed over 2 lakh procedures, are supported by the Foundation.This Center, which has state of- art equipment and the facility of Corneal Transplant, conducts subsidized eye surgery for the poor.The Foundation has adopted many villages and converted them into Cataract Free Villages.
